As co-founders of YY Wellness, we launched a business in the thick of the COVID-19 pandemic last year, faced various setbacks and yet hit both personal and professional milestones. The past 1 year has been nothing short of remarkable. We are grateful because we now know firsthand the importance of finding strength within and taking care of ourselves to go the longer haul.

As modern women today, we have to be strong on so many levels. We manage businesses, pursue careers, strive to achieve our dreams, and for some of us having to raise children and take care of our loved ones as well. By taking charge of your well-being, starting with your period, we hope this can be a reminder for you to take a deep breath and #FindStrengthWithin.
